Q&A

Why does the IFRA document say 15% for lotions but in the drop down menu the site created it say 3%. Just want to make sure I’m using it right!!!! Thanks: Both are correct. The IFRA provides the maximum fragrance amount that is safe to use in an application; it doesn't necessarily correspond to the recommended or actual amount you'd use in a recipe. Most lotion formulations use ~1% - 3% fragrance, which is what our 3% is based on.
